Returns & Refunds – Your Beautiful Journey

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Your Beautiful Journey.

Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened, unused, undamaged and in its original sealed packaging.

Due to the nature of wellness and supplement products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, except where a product is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number together with photographs where applicable.

Before returning any product, please contact us for return instructions. Do not send a return without first contacting us.

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Original courier charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an incorrect, damaged or defective product.
