Shipping & Delivery Policy – Your Beautiful Journey

We currently deliver within South Africa via PostNet-to-PostNet.

Courier Fee: R120 per order.

Order Preparation: Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be prepared before courier dispatch. This preparation period is separate from the courier's transit time and does not represent a guaranteed delivery date.

PostNet Branch: Customers must provide the name and town/suburb of their preferred PostNet branch for collection. Please ensure that the branch information and your contact details are correct to avoid unnecessary delays.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery and collection times are subject to PostNet's normal operations.

Customers are responsible for collecting their parcel from the selected PostNet branch once it is ready for collection.
